It’s fantastic! It’s for overall health, insomnia, backache are some things it’s said to improve. Also meditators would enjoy this gift, as sitting still for so long in zazen or mindfulness practice can leave the body stiff! Laying down on this- in 10 minutes gets the energy moving again. No I don’t own it, but I’ve tried one of this company’s zero gravity chairs and it was Divine, it reclined back but not like a mushy recliner…it was like you were floating a friend in NYC had one. I plucked out a few of the benefits that most appealed to me below. And of course you know you are gonna use it too, if you are lucky enough to live with this yogi.

Exotic Indian Art is the site. They have authentic Indian sculpture, Buddhist statues, art, Indian paintings, Indian jewelry. But I most like their Indian textiles-bedspreads, wall hangings and handbags which are so beautiful and ornate (images below are links.) The textiles would look great in a first apartment or dorm room. A lot of yoga practitioners and teachers are drawn to the beauty of Indian items as it’s the home of yoga practice.
